Through the client portal, our clients have immediate access to all of their financial statements, income tax returns (both corporate and business), payroll tax returns, and a multitude of other reports. Your current year documents, along with prior year documents too, are always instantly available at your fingertips.
With the portal, clients may easily transfer files to or from our office using the File Exchange feature. This is particularly useful when transmitting large files such as Quickbooks data files, confidential payroll data, Excel worksheets, Word documents, etc. More importantly, transfer through the portal is much safer and more reliable than using ordinary email.
Would you like to have us prepare your payroll -- and notify you when the checks are ready to be printed on your printer? With the client portal, you can simply login in from home or the office and enter the pertinent payroll data -- we will customize a worksheet especially for you to speed up the process. The data is then encrypted and sent to us in a secure enviornment. We make all the necessary payroll calculations, determine the required tax deposits, and prepare all the necessary payroll reports and journals. When finished, we notify you that the checks are ready for printing ... you simply insert the payroll checks in your printer at your office ... that's quick delivery!!

Tax Organizer's
For clients for whom we prepare personal income tax returns, we offer convenient web organizers the following year which allow clients to organize and fill in their data on line and then transmit the data electronically to us.
