Beginning in 2012, an electronic copy of your tax returns will be available to you through our secure client portal. This portal is designed to help you access your tax returns and subsequent information even easier than before.
For individual returns, upon final print of your tax return an e-mail will be sent to you notifying you that your returns have been uploaded to the client portal. Also included in this e-mail will be detailed instructions including your portal logon information and password.
Corporate and partnership returns will be handled similar to individual returns. An e-mail will be sent to you notifying you that your returns have been uploaded to the client portal. Additionally, if applicable, the K-1 packages for each of your business’s shareholders will be available in a separate PDF document through your client portal. These K-1 packages can be e-mailed directly from you to your business partners.
Through the client portal, our clients have immediate access to all of their financial statements, income tax returns (both corporate and business), payroll tax returns, and a multitude of other reports. Your current year documents, along with prior year documents too, are always instantly available at your fingertips.
The portal is a very private, extremely secure area accessible only by you via our website. Think of it as a private online office that only you and we can enter. It provides a rapid means of communication ... and the integrity of the data is always safe and secure.
To access your personal private client portal, simply click on the Login button at the top of the screen --- then enter your login ID and password ... and begin using any or all of the available online services we offer.
Additionally, through the portal, clients may easily transfer files to or from our office using the File Exchange feature. This is particularly useful when transmitting large files such as QuickBooks data files, confidential payroll data, Excel worksheets, Word documents, etc. More importantly, transfer through the portal is much safer and more reliable than using ordinary e-mail.
Would you like to have us prepare your payroll -- and notify you when the checks are ready to be printed on your printer? With the client portal, you can simply login in from home or the office and enter the pertinent payroll data -- we will customize a worksheet especially for you to speed up the process. The data is then encrypted and sent to us in a secure environment. We make all the necessary payroll calculations, determine the required tax deposits, and prepare all the necessary payroll reports and journals. When finished, we notify you that the checks are ready for printing ... you simply insert the payroll checks in your printer at your office ... that's quick delivery!!
